Congratulations to the Birch Hills Blackhawks on winning the 2023-24 Twin Rivers Hockey League Championship! They defeated the Rosthern Wheat Kings 3 games to 2 in the final series. The 5th game was a nail-biting 5-4 double overtime win for the Blackhawks. Both teams overcame 2-0 deficits in their semi-final series to advance to the finals.

Reed Gunville was presented with the Twin Rivers Hockey League Most Valuable Player – Playoffs award following the game. Reed had 11 goals and 9 assists in the playoff run, and although he was kept off the scoresheet in the final game, he was very effective on the ice in game 5 and had 6 goals and 3 assists in the previous 4 games against Rosthern. Congratulations Reed!

The Twin Rivers Hockey League is pleased to announce the 2023-24 award winners:
 
The award for Top Scorer goes to Ethan Regnier, Rosthern with 50 points (18 goals and 32 assists).
 
The Top Goaltender, with a goals against average of 2.00, was Addison Dasiuk, Dalmeny.
